The National Marine Fisheries Service is giving the public 2 more weeks to comment on its proposed new reporting requirements for those who fish for surfclams & ocean quahogs. See http://www.examiner.com/article/comment-period-reopened-on-proposed-surfclam-ocean-quahog-reporting
